How can I request a refund for a Vantage purchase?

Overview

To begin your request for a refund for a Vantage purchase, review where you made your purchase. There are several ways to purchase access to Vantage. 

  • If you made your purchase directly from the Sage website at https://vantage.sagepub.com, review the information below to request a refund. 
  • If you purchased Vantage elsewhere, such as your institution's bookstore, VitalSource, or RedShelf, visit that partner to learn about their refund request process.


Requesting a Vantage refund when you made your purchase directly from Sage

Sage's Vantage refund policy is as follows:

  1. Full refunds of the original purchase price of a Sage Vantage product or subscription may be granted by Sage to the person or entity who originally made the purchase.
  2. A refund must be requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase date by contacting the Sage Customer Service Department. Contact us by:
    • Emailing info@sagepub.com, or
    • Calling 800-818-7243 and pressing 1, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
  3. Please provide the following required information so we can initiate the cancellation efficiently:
    • Name
    • Mailing Address
    • Email Address
    • Order number from web order confirmation (ORD-XXXXXXX-XXXXXX)  
    • ISBN (if unknown, product title)  

    

    Note: Your refund will be issued via the method in which you originally submitted payment.
